FEES FOR SERVICES:

                 I am an approved provider for American Behavioral, Horizon Health, BHS and ACI. All other clients will be “direct pay”.  I will be happy to supply you with a receipt or any other documentation you may need to file with your insurance provider or company cafeteria plan.  

Regular Sessions (45-50 minutes)     $  80.00        Couples Therapy (45-50 minutes)  $  95.00

Extended Sessions (75 minutes)      $120.00          Extended Couples (75 minutes)    $140.00

I consistently keep a small percentage of my case load open for people who are unable to pay full fee.  When space is available,  I will gladly negotiate a reduced rate.

·         1034 will be on the right 1 block up, JUST BEFORE the blinking red 4-way stop at 10^th Court South—park in the lot and walk under the blue awning to Suite #102

 From North of town on I-65 South:

·         Take 20E/59N to exit #126-A, following signs for 280E/31S

·         Take 8^th Avenue South Exit, merging to the right--going toward UAB (away from St. Vincent’s)

·         Turn left at 23^rd Street , and go straight at the first light ( Magnolia Ave )

·         1034 will be on the right 1 block up, JUST BEFORE the blinking red 4-way stop at 10^th Court South —park in the lot and walk under the blue awning to Suite #102

From 280/Inverness/ Mountain Brook:

·         Take the Highland/Arlington exit, and stay straight when the exit splits.

·         Turn right into the left lane of Highland Ave , and take your first IMMEDIATE left onto 23^rd Street South---be careful, as this is a dangerous intersection.

·         1034 will be on the left 1 block down, JUST AFTER the blinking red 4-way stop at 10^th Court South --park in the lot and walk under the blue awning to Suite # 102

 From 20/59~~East/West of Town:

·         Take exit #126-A, marked for Carraway Blvd. and 280E/31S.  When the exit splits, follow signs for 280 East/31 South
